Your service can be terminated for any reason at any time. This is because unfortunately some may abuse the sharing aspect of this service. I will attempt to keep up any content which is legal in the United States and Germany, as allowed by the AUP and TOS of my domain registrar and hosting provider. That's where the servers are hosted so my hands are tied. If you're sharing media, this service probably isn't for you anyway. 
Email me to request a refund. Depending on your service usage, a partial refund or no refund may be required. (If you hammered my server for three weeks with sync traffic, I might not want to offer a full refund)
Fair use policy: Don't share bad things. Don't use this service for bad things. 


08/16 Update: Content must now be legal in Germany as that is where the new server is. This is explicitly stated instead of implied under "AUP and TOS of my hosting provider".
